Head-on crash in Livermore sends four people to the hospital

LIVERMORE, Maine (WGAN) Four people were rushed to the hospital following a head-on crash involving two vehicles in Livermore on Tuesday.

Shannon Moss with the Maine Department of Public Safety says the crash happened around 3 p.m. on Federal Road, north of the intersection with Canton Road.

All four people were taken to the hospital with moderate to serious injuries.

Their identities had not been released Tuesday evening. The cause of the crash was also under investigation. Anyone who may have witnessed it is being asked to contact police.
