Oxford County deputies are looking for the driver of a pickup truck involved in a crash that killed one motorcyclist and left another seriously injured.

The crash happened around 7:50 p.m. Sunday at South Main Street and Route 232 in Woodstock.

Police say the driver of the pickup was traveling in the same direction as a group of motorcyclists when they abruptly entered the same lane as a motorcycle, sending the motorcycle into a wooded area.

The driver of the motorcycle, a 60-year-old man from Oxford, died of his injuries, while the passenger, a 50-year-old Oxford woman, was hospitalized with significant injuries.

Investigators are trying to locate the pickup truck, which is a late model gray 4-door GM diesel pickup last seen heading south on Route 26.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office at (207) 743-9554.
