KENNEBUNK, Maine (WGAN) Kennebunk is facing another racist incident involving Kennebunk High School students.

School officials and local police are investigating a video taken last week showing underage drinking, as well as the repeated use of a common racial slur by a student.

The two girls in the video may be subject to discipline from the school, but it is unclear because it took place outside of school and after the end of the school year.

This incident came just as RSU21 had reached a settlement in a lawsuit from a former Kennebunk High School Teacher regarding another series of racist incidents.
