Lifeguard Wetsuit Stolen from Kennebunk Fire Rescue

Kennebunk Fire Rescue

Kennebunk Fire Rescue says one of its lifeguard wetsuits has been stolen from a rescue board while it was staged for possible emergency response.

The agency says the theft could possibly delay or impact their ability to help someone in need.

They say a police report has been filed, but are offering whoever took the wetsuit the chance to return it no questions asked.

Kennebunk Fire Rescue says their primary goal is simply to have this critical piece of rescue equipment returned so it can be placed back into service.

Anyone with information about the wetsuit’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Kennebunk Police Department or Kennebunk Fire Rescue.
