A school board member in Livermore Falls has been arrested for a third time.

The Sun Journal reports 43-year-old Roger Moulton was being held without bail Wednesday for violating conditions of release for a charge of driving to endanger in October of 2024.

Moulton was also arrested on May 14 for a charge of failure to appear for the driving to endanger charge before posting bond and being released.

Moulton’s initial driving to endanger charge came after reports that he was driving erratically on Route 4 heading into Auburn.
