Maine car dealership to take part in Wreaths Across America Day

YARMOUTH, Maine (WGAN) Our country’s fallen veterans will be honored on Saturday, Dec. 18, which is National Wreaths Across America Day.

A local car dealership will work again this year to support the organization by donating two wreaths for every car sold this month.

John Litwinetz from Casco Bay Ford in Yarmouth says it’s important to recognize the sacrifices made by the men and women of our military. This is their seventh year working with the organization.

Wreath-laying ceremonies will be held at Arlington National Cemetery and more than 2,500 other locations in the U.S. and other countries.
