BOOTHBAY, Maine (AP) Maine’s governor and first lady are pocketing a tidy profit, $182,500, from the sale of their home in Boothbay.

A Coldwell Banker website indicates Republican Gov. Paul LePage and his wife Ann sold the home for $397,500, three years after buying it for $215,000.

The sale price was $11,500 below their original asking price. The governor and his wife bought the three-bedroom house out of foreclosure in 2014.

An online registry shows the deed was conveyed to the new owner on June 29. The governor’s office didn’t respond to a request for comment.

The governor lives in the Blaine House in Augusta, which is the official residence of the governor. The couple also has a home in Florida.
