A Maine man faces charges after police say he shot at a vehicle that was being chased by officers in Acton.

York County deputies say some Acton residents tried to help New Hampshire police who were chasing the vehicle out of Milton, New Hampshire by forming a roadblock.

Deputies say 55-year-old Robert Sprague fired a shot at the suspect’s vehicle, hitting the trunk lid.

Sprague faces charges of reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon.
