A Lebanon man charged in connection with the storming of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021 has been found guilty by a judge.

39-year-old Kyle Fitzsimons was found guilty Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras on all 11 charges he was facing.

Fitzsimons waived his right to a jury trial.

According to the Portland Press Herald, Fitzsimons was found guilty of assaulting one officer at the capitol and injuring another.

He was accused of assaulting three officers, one of whom said she was struck in the helmet by an unstrung bow. Prosecutors believe Fitzsimons brought the bow from Maine to Washington.

He was also accused of pulling off a detective’s gas mask while another demonstrator sprayed them with bear spray.

Fitzsimons will be sentenced on Feb. 17 in Washington, D.C.
