Maine man killed in crash on Massachusetts interstate

Police say an Old Orchard Beach man was killed in a crash in Massachusetts.

42-year-old Joshua Avery died following the crash, which happened Saturday night into Sunday on I-495 southbound, according to CBS 13 news.

Police say Avery was ejected from his SUV when it rolled over into the median. They said he was not wearing a seat belt. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash is still under investigation
