Maine Man Leads Westbrook Police on Pursuit

A police pursuit that began in Westbrook ended with one man behind bars.

30-year-old Kyle Mones of East Millinocket was driving the wrong way on Main Street. Westbrook police then chased him through Gorham as he turned down Route 25.

Mones eventually pulled over once Gorham police cruisers joined the chase.

Our info partners at CBS 13 News report Mones was arrested and charged with failing to stop for a police officer and driving to endanger. He’s being held without bail at the Cumberland County Jail.
