A judge sentenced a Maine man to 70 years behind bars for making child pornography.

According to CBS 13 news, a U.S. district judge sentenced 28-year-old Keegan Richardson of Seal Cove on Thursday.  In addition to his sentence, he’ll be on supervised release for life and was ordered to pay $29,000 in restitution.

He pleaded guilty in October 2021 to multiple charges related to child pornography, after he told an undercover FBI agent in a chatroom that he was sharing sexually explicit images of a young girl.

Authorities found sexually explicit images of three minors when they searched his home, and additional material involving other minors.
