Maine motorcyclist charged with homicide in connection with fatal crash

Police say a motorcyclist from Maine was intoxicated while driving through New Hampshire, leading to a crash that killed his passenger.

Police say the accident happened around 7:30 Saturday evening in Conway, New Hampshire. 43-year-old James White of South Casco was operating the motorcycle, which went off the road and into a group of trees.

His passenger, 23-year-old Jessica Frost of East Baldwin, died at the scene.

White, who suffered minor injuries, is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and negligent homicide.

His arraignment was scheduled for Tuesday.
