Maine State Police renew calls for information about man who went missing in 2017

Police continue seeking new leads in the search for a man who went missing in Westbrook eight years ago.

Maine State Police say Sebastian Kelley was last seen on July 17, 2017.

He was known to be unhoused and had been assaulted shortly before his disappearance.

Kelley is black with a light complexion, 5’11” weighing 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, and has the words “Willow Grace” tattooed on his neck.
