Man accused of breaking into Limington homes while intoxicated

Police say a man was intoxicated when he broke into a pair of homes in Limington over the weekend.

A homeowner on Moody Rd. called police just before 3 a.m. Sunday and said someone had broken into their home and was rummaging through things in their bedroom.

According to CBS 13, the homeowner hid in a bathroom while they called police.

The intruder left the home before police arrived, but police received another call about a similar incident at a nearby home.

Police say they responded to that call and located 30-year-old Justin Moran of Limington.

He was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal trespass.

The suspect was taken to the York County Jail and bail was set at $400.

Moran was scheduled to appear in Springvale District Court on Monday.
