Man Charged in Fatal Accident


HUDSON, Maine (WGAN)  The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office says a Glenburn man has been charged in a fatal accident in Hudson last month.

Police say the crash happened on Route 221 May 6 around 7:12 p.m.

After investigating, police have charged the driver, 44-year-old James McBride, with manslaughter, aggravated OUI and aggravated driving to endanger.

He’s being held at Penobscot County Jail and bail was set at $25,000 cash.
