A man was seriously injured in a boat crash in Standish.
The Fire and EMS Dept. says crews were dispatched to Watchic Lake around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
The man was trapped under the boat console when they arrived.
The department says they got the boat as close to shore as they could get it and spent half an hour trying to free the man while the boat was taking on water.
The victim’s injuries were serious but non-life-threatening.
The department released no further details about the crash.
