Mardens in Scarborough robbed Saturday

Police are searching for a man who they say robbed the Marden’s in Scarborough at approximately 1:25 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

The suspect stole an undisclosed amount of money before taking off on foot from the 451 Payne Road store.

The suspect is described as a whwite male, 5’8″ to 5’10” and was wearing:

  • Black sweatshirt
  • Grey jeans with paint splotches
  • Under Armor flip-flops with black socks
  • A black cloth mask
  • A black baseball cap with a grey grim
  • A white cloth draped over his head covering his hair line
  • Black wrap type sunglasses
