Meth-Making Materials Recovered From Bucksport Home For Third Time

Meth-making materials have again been removed from the same home on Central Street in Bucksport.

Stephen McCausland from the Department of Public Safety said Monday that it’s the third time since the fall of 2018 that a meth-related bust has occurred at the home.

Police say they found suspicious items in a shed at the home and called in the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.

“Three reaction vessels and other evidence was recovered,” McCausland said in a press release.

Local police and drug agents were assisted at the scene by members of the Bucksport Fire Department and the Department of Environmental Protection.

So far no arrests have been made.
