Milo man pleads guilty to killing family cat, shooting at wife and children

MILO, Maine (WGAN) A Milo man pleads guilty after being accused of fatally shooting his family’s cat and shooting at his wife and children.

According to our info partners at CBS 13 news, 25-year-old Frank Foss Jr. pleaded guilty to eight crimes in court on Monday, including domestic violence terrorizing with a dangerous weapon and cruelty to animals. He told investigators that he was drunk when the incident happened in December 2019.

Foss is scheduled to be sentenced in March and faces up five years in prison for the weapons charge.
