Bangor police are asking for help locating a juvenile who went missing from the hospital.

Police say 12-year-old Chris Burnette Jr. of Winterport left Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center on foot around 1:45 p.m. Friday. He was last seen on security camera on State Street, walking towards downtown Bangor.

Chris is 5’2″, weighing 140 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, black pants with an orange or red stripe on the leg and grey shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Bangor police.
