Motorcyclist Identified in Fatal Bangor Crash

A 51-year-old Old Town man is being identified as the person who died in a fatal motorcycle crash in Bangor on Friday.

Police say Joshua Tidwell crashed with a tractor-trailer at around 4 p.m. at the intersection of Burleigh and Bomarc Roads.

Tidwell died at the scene.

The driver of the tractor-trailer is not being identified as an investigation continues, and a report from the medical examiner is expected.

Officers say the semi driver is cooperating with the investigation.

No other information is being made available.
