Naked Man Runs Away From Crash Scene in York

A naked man in Maine fled the scene of a crash Friday afternoon.

According to York Police, 34-year-old Richard Stickney III, of Saco, drove into three vehicles at an intersection. He then crashed into trees and fled the scene on foot, at some point taking off his clothes. Stickney was apprehended after a short foot chase.

The Portland Press Herald reports he was charged with operating under the influence of drugs, driving to endanger and other offenses. Stickney was taken to York Hospital for evaluation. He’s due in court in February.
