New Hampshire Man Arrested for Alleged Assault

Police in Maine have arrested a New Hampshire man after he allegedly assaulted a two-year-old girl.

According to our info partners at CBS 13 News, Skowhegan Police arrested 25-year-old Cody Swanson Friday evening and charged him with aggravated assault.

The girl was brought to Maine Medical Center. Skowhegan Police Chief David Bucknam said the girl is recovering and breathing on her own as of Saturday afternoon.

Swanson was taken to Somerset County Jail.
