NH man wanted on charges including robbery captured in York County

A fugitive from New Hampshire was taken into custody in Shapleigh on Monday.

The York County Sheriff’s Office said 41-year-old Matthew Stevenson was wanted on multiple warrants, including strongarm robbery, trespass, breach of bail and seven counts of assault.

He was found at a home on Hubbards Cove Rd. and taken into custody without incident.

Stevenson is being held at York County Jail.
