No Public Threat After Reported Stabbing at Bangor Shaw’s

Bangor Police are investigating after a stabbing was reported at a Shaw’s Supermarket on Main Street on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say they were sent to the scene at 3:37 pm and determined the stabbing did not take place at Shaw’s, but are following up at a different location.

Officers declined to release any further information, but said there’s no active threat to the public.
