FARMINGTON, Maine (AP) The nonprofit whose offices were destroyed by a propane blast in Farmington, Maine, is going to relocate temporarily.

Western Maine Development Group is allowing LEAP Inc. to use a former Barclay’s call center in Wilton. There is available space after the call center closed earlier in the year with a loss of more than 200 jobs.

LEAP Inc. serves adults with developmental disabilities.

Its building was leveled by an explosion on Monday in Farmington.

The blast killed a firefighter, Capt. Michael Bell, and injured eight other people. Five remained hospitalized on Thursday. The blast also rendered 11 homes uninhabitable, leaving 30 people in need of housing.
