North Waterboro man charged with shooting at construction workers is arrested again

NORTH WATERBORO (WGAN) A North Waterboro man who was released on bail after allegedly shooting at construction workers was arrested again the next day following the incident.

The York County Sheriff’s Office said 66-year-old Stephen Rosetti was arrested Wednesday after allegedly shooting at the workers next door to his home on Lord Road. None of the workers were hit by the bullets.

Rosetti was taken into custody, released on bail, and arrested again Thursday for violating conditions of his release. He was found in possession of a firearm at his home that afternoon.
