The U.S. Postal Service says the Ogunquit post office was hit by a vehicle Friday night.

The post office located on Main Street is closed until further notice, as repairs need to be made.

The Portland Press Herald reports delivery of mail to local businesses and homes won’t be affected by the sudden closure. Those with mailboxes can get their mail from the Wells post office as the Ogunquit facility undergoes repairs.
