Maine State Police say they’ve made an arrest in connection with a homicide in Winthrop that happened in October.

Police said Wednesday they had arrested 28-year-old Kierra Francis of New York and charged her with Felony Murder. They said she was the passenger in a vehicle police were pursuing in Waterville, intending to take her into custody.

Police have been investigating the death of 30-year-old Joshua Martin, also of New York, who they said was shot to death at a Winthrop home. They say the investigation is ongoing and have not released further details.
