An Old Orchard Beach man has been charged in connection with an armed robbery and home invasion in South Portland last week.

Police responded to a residence on Sawyer Street the night before Thanksgiving for a report of a home invasion with shots fired. No one was harmed. Police found that two suspects entered the home.

On Tuesday morning, police arrested 41-year-old Tyrone Brown.

Police are still working to identify the second suspect.

Investigators believe the address where the invasion took place was not chosen at random.
