Saco Police have identified the person involved in the tampering of the packaging of several Portland Pie Pizza doughs, according to our info partners at CBS 13.

Police say Nicholas R Mitchell, 38, is the man responsible for putting razor blades inside Portland Pie dough.

The original incident happened on October 6.

Mitchell is a former associate of “It’ll be Pizza company” who manufactures product for Portland Pie.

Saco Police are asking the public for aid in locating Mitchell. Mitchell is white, 5’9″ weighing 175 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police say Mitchell operated a 2005 gray or silver-colored Toyota Camry with a black left front fender and a sunroof with the license plate 6134XP at the time of the incident.

Saco Police currently have a warrant for Mitchell’s arrest and are asking the public who may know of his whereabouts to call the police department at 207-284-4535.

The case remains under investigation.
