OAKLAND, Maine (WGAN) Maine State Police are investigating the death of an Oakland man, which they say appears to be accidental.

25-year-old Robert Wade was found dead in his apartment on Heath Street on Tuesday night by police. A relative had asked police to check on his well-being.

The State Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy on Wednesday. No word on a cause of death.

Police found Wade’s car at another location in Oakland.

Police are asking anyone who may have had contact with Wade in the past few days to give them a call.
