Police investigate fatal rollover crash in Standish

STANDISH, Maine (WGAN) The driver involved in a rollover crash in Standish on Thursday morning was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened around 10:30 a.m. on Moody Rd.

69-year-old Stephen Nappi was pronounced dead at the scene after being extricated from the vehicle using the Jaws of Life. Police say he was not wearing a seatbelt.

Speed and alcohol do not appear to be factors.

The crash is still under investigation.
