Police investigating crash at Limington intersection that left one dead, four injured

A three-vehicle crash in Limington that left a Massachusetts man dead and damaged part of a home is under investigation.

Maine State Police say the crash happened at the intersection of Route 117 and Route 11 around noon on Saturday. Three vehicles collided in the intersection, with one of them striking the front porch of a house.

The rear passenger in one of the vehicles, 32-year-old Casey Lubell of Ipswich, Massachusetts, was pronounced dead at the scene. Four others were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

The road was shut down for about three hours.

The circumstances that led up to the crash are under investigation.
