Police identify man linked to incident at Westbrook bus stop

Police in Westbrook say they’ve identified a man who allegedly accosted a young girl and her guardian at a bus stop.

Police say the incident happened at the bus stop on Foster Street on Tuesday morning.

Police were asking for help the public to identify the man. On Tuesday afternoon, they said he had been identified, but his name was not immediately released.

We’re expecting to hear more from police about the investigation.
