Police make arrest in Bangor homicide investigation

A Bangor man has been charged with murder after a death on Wednesday was ruled a homicide.

Police say 64-year-old Lee Ruona was found dead at the apartment on Union Street on Wednesday.

On Friday, 69-year-old Gary Brinson was charged with murder and taken into custody in connection with Ruona’s death.

Brinson was taken to Penobscot County Jail.

No other details about the investigation have been released.
