A man and woman were arrested Saturday night after police reportedly found a gun and drugs during a traffic stop in Lewiston.

According to CBS 13, the vehicle was pulled over on Walnut St. just before midnight.

Police say the driver, 35-year-old Kayla Bruce, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and operating a vehicle while under suspension.

Her passenger, 22-year-old Antonio Barnes of Brooklyn, New York, was also arrested.

Officers say they found a loaded .38 revolver on the floor near Barnes’ seat.

The gun was reportedly stolen during a recent burglary in Lewiston.

He was taken to Androscoggin County Jail, where police say they found 22 hidden grams of crack cocaine and $4,000 in cash when they searched him.
