Police: Man Found Dead in Truck Following Crash in Howland

HOWLAND, Maine (AP) Maine State Police say a man is dead following a crash in Howland.

Police say 71-year-old Edmund Badger was found dead inside his truck Thursday morning after a passer-by reported a crashed vehicle. Officials say it has not yet been determined if Badger’s death was the result of a medical event or because of the crash.

He was the only person involved and there were no witnesses.

Police are investigating.
