Police seek help in identifying person who shot out a window at a Scarborough home

Police in Scarborough are investigating after a window was shot out at a home on Broadturn Road.

Police responded to a residence Tuesday at 1:17 a.m. after a report of a loud noise.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with the caller and began checking the area.

Occupants from an area residence made contact with officers and reported that a window had been shot out.

Upon investigation, it was confirmed that the residence had been shot.

There were no injuries, and this is believed to be an isolated event.

This incident remains under investigation.
