Police seek suspect in armed robbery at Cornish business

Police are searching for a suspect after an armed robbery in Cornish.

Maine State Police say a man entered Cornish Market and Variety around 8 p.m. Tuesday, showed a gun and forced the clerk to open a safe deposit box.

The suspect was seen running toward Cumberland Street with about $2,100 in cash.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Maine State Police.
