A Berwick man is facing multiple charges after a standoff Monday evening.

Police say Kevin Cutler punctured a tire on his neighbor’s motorcycle at his home on Fox Ridge Road around 5:30 p.m. It resulted in a physical fight between the two, with Cutler allegedly going back to his home to grab a gun and then firing a round.

Police say officers arrived at Cutler’s home but he refused to speak with them. He eventually came out around 2:50 a.m. Tuesday after a tactical team had arrived on scene.

Cutler was arrested and charged with terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, and creating a police standoff.

He was being held Tuesday at York County Jail on $50,000 cash bail.
