Portland Man to be Deported Once Prison Sentence is Up

A Portland man will spend six years in prison after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

26-year-old Hadelyn Richardson was sentenced Wednesday. According to the Portland Press Herald, Richardson faces deportation to the Dominican Republic upon his release.

3.5 kilograms of cocaine and a gun were found in Richardson’s home in June of last year. Police also intercepted a package from Puerto Rico that contained 4 kilograms of cocaine that was mailed to Richardson.
