PORTLAND, Maine (WGAN) Portland police are looking for two suspects in the robbery of a taxi driver on Munjoy Hill.

Police say the driver was robbed after picking up the two men in Monument Square and bringing them to the Munjoy Hill neighborhood around 8pm Sunday. The 69-year-old driver stopped to drop off the two on Adams Street near Kellogg Street and was then threatened with a knife. The victim gave them some money and they fled. The driver wasn’t injured.

The suspects are described as white males in their late 20s or early 30s, 5′ 10″ to 6′ tall with medium length brown hair. One was wearing a brown coat and the other dark-colored clothing.

Portland police are asking anyone with information to give them a call.
