Portland Police Searching for Missing Gorham Woman


PORTLAND, Maine (WGAN)  Portland Police are looking for the public’s help to find a woman that hasn’t been seen since last week.

Police say 36-year-old Katharine “Katy” Kinney was last seen Thursday, June 14, as she was leaving Maine Medical Center.  Police say she was being treated in the Emergency Division around 11 a.m.

Police say the Gorham woman has not had contact with family or friends since that time and does not have her cell phone.

Police describe Kinney as a white female, about 5’4″ tall and weighing 120 pounds.  She has long, straight, light brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a pink fleece jacket, spaghetti strap top, black leggings with pink stripes and slippers.  She wears glasses or contacts and has hearing aids.

Police are asking anyone that sees Kinney or has any information to call them at (207) 874-8575.
