PORTLAND, Maine (AP) A newspaper is reporting that a Maine man facing federal charges for participating in the riot at the U.S. Capitol made threatening phone calls to the office of U.S. Rep. Chellie Pingree.

Kyle Fitzsimons is facing 10 charges and is accused of injuring two police officers.

Court filings say Fitzsimons called a congressional office to say that he was coming for the representative and that there would be civil war. Pingree’s office did not return a request for comment from the newspaper.

It is not clear if Fitzsimons has an attorney to speak for him.

Prosecutors’ motion for Fitzsimons to remain in pretrial detention was filed March 18.
