Sen. Angus King held a listening session Sunday at Bowdoin College to hear constituents’ thoughts on the process surrounding President Trump’s impeachment and the Senate’s vote slated for Wednesday.

CBS 13 reports the session drew so many people that an overflow room was opened so everyone could participate.

King says he’ll likely vote to remove President Trump from office, even though the motion is virtually assured to fail in the Republican-led Senate.

He blasted the trial process after every Republican except Susan Collins and Mitt Romney voted down a bid to allow new witnesses in the trial.
