Severely Injured Person Found on Roadway in Scarborough

Police are investigating after they say a driver in Scarborough came across an injured person lying in the roadway on Saturday night.

The driver reportedly found the injured person on Ginn Road off of Payne Road At around 11:20 p.m..

Police say the injured person was taken to a local hospital with severe injuries.

The Scarborough Police Department, the South Portland Police Department, and the Maine State Police are reportedly investigating how the person became so badly injured.
