Schools in the Norridgewock area were placed in a lockout after an armed robbery Wednesday morning.

According to the Sun Journal, Somerset County Sheriff Dale Lancaster said they arrested three suspects in connection with the robbery. Lancaster said the suspects were found in a farmhouse near a waste management facility.

MSAD 54 Superintendent Jon Moody said schools were placed in a lockout out of an abundance of caution while police were searching for the suspects.
