Sheriff’s Deputies Looking for 4 Puppies Reported Stolen

HANCOCK, Maine (AP)   Maine sheriff’s deputies are looking for four pitbull puppies that were reported stolen from a home.

Jeffrey Long told police someone broke into his home in Hancock on Sunday afternoon and took four of his six puppies.

Long says his home was locked.

The puppies are 6 1/2 weeks old. Three are black and white and one is a brownish, tawny color.

The Hancock County Sheriff’s Department is asking if anyone has information about the stolen puppies to call them.
